i need urgent help with my gf leopard gecko

so i got a message from them saying they need help with there leopard gecko
they said that they checked on them and there tail is really thin at the end, black, feels like its crispy like its burnt

the leopard gecko was acting fine since the last couple of days where the tip of the tail has been pointing up and it was hard

That looks like maybe stuck shed that has restricted blood flow and unfortunately killed the end of the tail.

i checked that myself there was no shed that was left there i always make sure as i never wanted this to happen to them i think its mayebe something else

its still hard and feels crunchy like really burnt food

so when we were cleaning out the geckos tank we found a beetle and two creatures ( possible beetle larvae) in the tank is that possible the reason for the tail
could this of caused the tail to end up like this

No. It's definitely dead. Let it naturally fall off.

hey it looks like the blackness from the dead part is spreading a tiny bit is this normal or should we get help

If it's spreading then yes definitely seek veterinary help

They look like Mealworm lava that become the black beetle

These are mealworms. Those things are pupa. The mealworms turn into those for about three weeks and then turn into beetles. We have those in our cage and my gecko eats them. I don’t think that is the reason for it.
