Unless you live in a HOA. I'm not even allowed to park a trailer in my driveway or on the street in front of my house. I can't even plant a fucking tree in my front yard without prior approval. There is also a specific list of acceptable paint colors/codes that you may use on the exterior of your house.

I'm going to have so much fun tormenting the HOA counsel.

One thing I am sure of, is that I WILL be putting a goldfish/koi pond in my back yard. Know any good pond installers in the DFW area? LOL
