He could understand how I would list it as a poss. het APTOR when I knew that there were no poss. hets from his projects. I guess the thought never crossed his mind that we might have geckos from other breeders besides just him. I thought it was pretty ballsy to assume that we had produced that gecko from a pair that we had bought from him. He can kiss my ass. I'm not going to try to sell a male Tremper from a project that has produced nothing other than regular banded albinos for $200 + shipping like he would.

Yeah, I mean I could understand if it was a baby from the Ruby-eyed female we got from him but he never even considered that it could have been from a different gecko.

Super Snows have black eyes, SS Albinos have red or lighter colored (lighter colored than black) eyes.

It is the Tremper Super Snows from lower incubation temperatures, or ones that have cooled, and, Rainwater Super Snows, that have a darker colored eye. They are albinos, they can not have trully black eyes, but they can appear almost black. Not very many Rainwater Albinos have very red eyes, and this is likely the reason for that.

Okay, so Dan just posted that he hatched his FIRST super snow, but he's already the authority on super snow eye color? Man, he's fantastic.

Next, I don't give a fuck what he says, if something LOOKS black, it IS black. It doesn't look ALMOST black, it looks BLACK.
