I'm so scared for this little guy

Just hatched today, his yolk sac somehow halfway ripped off so hes only got half of it and he's so tiny. If he wasn't breathing and occasionally moving his head I'd think he was dead. Any chance of him surviving?

He hatched out at day 48, was incubated at 81/82 for 3 weeks, then at 84/85 for the last bit of time. I found him just lying outside his egg, not moving, but breathing. I moved him to a deli cup and weighed him: 1.9 grams. I am keeping him warm and humid for now..

Anything else I can do?
