It may hypo out depending on the parents. Your gecko looks like it has the beginning stages of mbd it's front legs are a little crooked

Hypo = no spots (or "fewer than 10," according to some people).

Since this one has lots of spots and lavender, it is either a Normal or a Mack Snow. It has a rather thin tail and a bent right front arm, so make sure it poops alright and doesn't have parasites, and give extra calcium for the slight MBD. Apart from that, it looks really nice!

in addition the 10 or less spots MUST be in the bands.. once they are out of the bands it wont be a hypo..

and looks like mbd to me

No disrespect intended to anyone (you know I love you guys!) but who came up with these definitions anyway? I guess I'm old school (and OLD! LOL) but to me that gecko looks hypo.

I always thought hypo just ment less spots then the morph normaly holds. Thus is the mackie has even 50% of the spots the morph normaly has then its hypo. But time will always tell, when the gecko matures then you will know for sure. Also, thats a very skinny and calcium defficient gecko. Did you Just recive it or have you had it? And kelli, your not old, your wise.
