Leopard Gecko Tongue

Hi all,
I successfully hatched a couple of eggs this august and one of the youngsters seems to have an problematically large tongue. She can get the food into her mouth but then it slips back out as she try’s to swallow it. The other one does not have this problem. I am wondering if any of you have this same problem and if there is anything I could do about it. I feed her with tweezers and cut the worms in half for her.

Never seen that! If your feeding method is working then keep it up. You should try regular mealworms on occasion to see if the gecko can handle them yet.

Thanks! I was able to get her to take 4 full meal worms last night. She is quite small so that is a good amount.
