I keep my males with the females Jan-Oct and I find that after a few months the males lose interest. HOwever, that's after spending a few months not losing interest, so it's unlikely that you would introduce a male and female together and they wouldn't mate.
Yeah, they will do the dirty. They don't know mother, brother, sister. They just know that it is another gecko, and their natural instinct is to breed.
No, most likely not. You might never notice them breed, but they will do it, you just might not see it. My advice would be just to get another tank, for one of your geckos, or get some tanks to house the babies.
I have a male and a female together. I adopted them and they were already full grown. They have shown no interest in mating or breeding or anything. They just love to lay next to each other and cuddle. I was told that they are probably too fat to mate. But, I believe they are just regular size. Who knows! lol.
