looking for a new feeder company

Well, lately, we've been receiving giant mealies that die quickly and seem to be harboring gnat larva or something. ewwwww....so we're looking for a new feeder company. Not going to say who our company is so please don't ask. They normally have great insects, just something about them lately has just grossed me out. Maybe it's all of the flipping gnats flying around in our brand new condo... :main_angry: So any help would be great. Looking for mealies, supers, crickets, and sometimes wax worms. Thanks!

I too would love to know a good feeder company. I've had bad experiences with a particular company and I'm a bit pissed off.

I use Grubco for mealies and supers, great prices, usually a decent over count and good quality. I also recommend TheBugPros if you want lateralis, 100% live arrival and great prices.

I use Sunshine Mealworms for my crickets, mealworms, and supers. They have excellent customer service and have had no problems with the feeders coming from them.

i've tried several different suppliers but NONE comes close to Sunshine with regards to quality of feeders and customer service.

We used Ghann's cricket farm this last time because we had a coupon, and the mealworms seemed to be quality insects to me. They are a little cheaper by about a dollar than the other websites I checked out and they are either in GA or FL I believe so it makes the shipping a little faster and safer (since its so hot down here). We placed the order at 1-2pm and they were still able to get the worms there the next morning. They don't have giant mealworms BUT they DO HAVE a special on 5,000 LARGE mealies right now that comes out to $5.00 for 1,000. http://www.ghann.com/ Hope that helps!!

Well i know Lazy H Bait in Labelle, FL has great crickets that live well, they do have worms but dont know the quality of them never got worms from them. I just recieved a order of worms from Armstrong I shall see how they are in quality they looked good at the past shows that i have seen them vending at. Armstrong crickets r pretty decent. Not happy with Ghanns which is what made me get 5k worms from armstrong since all the crix i get from ghanns have died very quick and they to have the gnats n them which r now in our room n get in the gecko cages which i am not happy about. look up lazy h bait on google they dont have a website just say a friend told you bout them and they should sell to you but generally they only supply petstores.

well armstrong has good superworms that i can see so far, they are all lively and big. i plan on really soon trying to get them to morph for me well at least some. also the supers are on sale right now in 1000 bulk packs. im happy with them.

I would suggest nyworms.com. We've been using them for about 2 years now, after having too many bad experiences with other sources...

They are great! We recommend them to all of our customers.

lol i have no idea but i think it depends where you live cuz theyre located in GA, so FL, NC, and SC are cheaper and you dont have to do the next day air delivery.
