I told her it died and i burried it long ago. Now i told her i found it on the driveway, she made me dig up its "grave" to prove it was the snake and not some wild KSB(XDXDXD). I finnaly compared her to pics on my laptop and she agreed that the snake must have been hybernating when i burried it or that we are living on a indian burial ground -__-. Shes hell bent on that one(SUPER fan of the supernatural lol). It all worked out. She will be residing in a 10gal from now on, i can clamp the lid tighter on it.
