Mara the marred Gecko

This gecko was recently purchased online and in the photo it didn't show/mention anywhere how messed up her skull actually was.

She arrived recently and this is what I saw when I got her out of the box. She behaves, eats, poops fine....but it's very shocking to see. So here is my poor little new girl named Mara!

OMG! If you dont mind, can you PM me with the person that you purchased this leo from? If they are actively selling and breeding and not mentioning these deformities I dont even want to consider buying from them.
Or did you just purchase from somewhere like Craigslist?

Yeah, I was going to move my butt on over there and post about it because it(the whole story) is ridiculous. And yes...not mentioned ANYWHERE.

Make sure you post any PM/Email relay between you two, and if it was posted on the classifieds, get a screen shot of the ad if it's still up. I can't wait to see who did this.

Have to called and told them to see if they'll fix the problem? If you tell them you're disappointed with their customer value and that this gecko is a representation of them as a breeder you can get a "replacement" and he/she should set it right.

If he/she doesn't make amends, post awaayyyy on the BOI.

That is awful! I clearly asked for lots of pictures and the gecko to be throughly checked if I was to indeed get a replacement. I -asked- for one, but I am not sure if this will happen....if not then yes, I will be posting on fauna about this whole ordeal.

I was told I could be refunded, but they have more and I was buying for a breeding group, soooo now I have a gecko I wouldn't even ever think about breeding. I am hoping i can get a replacement as the cost would be the same. (PMing)

Yes, it was rather upsetting and shocking >_< I can PM you if you'd like. I am on my way over to fauna today as I have been insulted by the breeder/s through e-mail and this is clearly ridiculous.
