oh please, I had a 4 in my tongue and 8's in my nipples, that was nothing. I stretched my tragus's to 10 gauge from 16 and that was a pinch.

stretching your tounge and nips dont hurt dude. and i stretched my tregus from an 18 to a 10 to get rid of a keloid. i have to agree that a 00 could hurt depending on the jump. and infact even a 0 to a 00 could be painful
