Hey everyone,

I've had my leo Yoshi for about 6 or 7 years and this whole time I've just assumed she was a normal/wildtype. I still think she is but she also looks brighter yellow than some of the normal types I've seen. I just wanted some reassurance of what she is. Thanks in advance for any help.

I'd say she is what is being called "normal wild type" these days. Many of the more "classic" normal/wild type geckos I've seen are a duller yellow with large black spots that just about obscure the yellow. I'd call Yoshi's yellow, at least the way it comes out in the pictures, a nice kind of pastel yellow but I think the spots are too dark for it to be true pastel, and too numerous for it to be a high yellow. I do prefer spotted geckos with that nice yellow color instead of the dull mustardy color.
