My FIRST snake!!

I havent had a snake for years (my last was a little garden snake when I was 12 :main_laugh. So meet Bob, my Banana Kingsnake. He's from the local pet store (mom and pop, I'm good friends with them), so I have NO idea how old he is, but I'm sure he's young. I absolutely adore this snake...he's super docile :smitten:

My friend just got 2 of these and either his and urs look the same just differnt kinds or the pet store sold them wrong...

But very nice looking snake. When he got these and brought them over to my house, i instantly fell in love with them. They are now my fav looking snakes(other than a Tiger Retic)

Lol who knows Matt! It was being marketed as a Banana Kingsnake. I don't know enough about them to KNOW either way. It was a very fair price though...$50, also came with a month's worth of mice. I'm still figuring out everything...feeding, temps, etc.

Nick...the fanged snakes are in my future...may be a ways out there, but they are there!

Thanks Rick! Not so much into balls, but a girl can change! I'm already in love with this little guy for sure...not like I can't just whip up another rack lol.

Nope, his belly isn't choc, just really light yellow I believe. Except for his tail, it's got the same stripe on the underside.

Thank you Sarah. I am good friends with the pet store owners, and for the most part they are very good about taking care of their animals as best they know how. I was just informed this little guy is 7-8 months old, so he's got some growing to do for sure!
