Negative posts!

I agree that although there is a lot of positive feedback, the negative feedback is prominent enough to be annoying. I posted a somewhat simple question a month or so ago and this one person kept probing me about things that had nothing to do with my original question. I responded thinking it would eventually lead to the answer, but in the end the person said, I feel good now, and never posted again. I mean, what is that? Someone else finally did help me.
I actually hadn't visited this site in the several months previous to that because I often didn't get the help I was looking for. I came back, because I had a few questions and even though I feel I know a fair amount of information, there is always more to learn.
As far as learning what morph combos make what... Leo genetics are confusing in the beginning and if you don't know, you don't know and I have found conflicting information. Once people get a couple seasons into breeding, they should be able to start to figure stuff out.

It's like I have to remind my kindergartners all the time; If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all. LOL It's pretty annoying to go to work and referee little kids with their attitudes but it's really a drag to have to deal with the same thing here.

I have to tell that to my boyfriend all of the time LOL
I didn't know you were a teacher, that's cool.

I guess we all need to remember to think about how our posts will make others feel.

Yes, this summed up me as well. I try to say things like "this is my opinion" or "I think this due to these results" and it really bothers me when people just straight up say "NO YOU ARE WRONG" or "YOUR RESULTS ARE WRONG" lol I may be thinking of things differently, not understanding fully, whatever, but I am sorry, what I observe cannot be wrong, I'm just reiterating what I've seen with my own eyes jeez

That's another thing, is conflicting info.. I am SO SORRY that I read something somewhere that is totally wrong, no need to jump on me about it lol

And another thing that REALLY gets me.. WHY are we spending so much time arguing about things that need to be experimented on before anything can be figured out? Why can't we work together to find answers instead of sitting around debating on "what might be" all day long!?

That has happened to me a few times here as well.
I also like the posts where someone asks a simple question that needs a one sentance response and like 10 or 15 people have looked at but no one answered.
There is another forum I used to go to about a different type of reptile and they would argue about stuff all the time and make you feel dumb for asking a simple question. If you don't, you don't know! That what forums are for, to help you learn.

Today I experianced this...I can't stand people that post solely to disagree with you...and give no constructive input whatsoever. Totally frusterating!!!
