New Gecko not Eating

I bought a baby Leopard Gecko from Pet Co around the end of January. I did research on and off for about 2 years and finally decided to get one. A friend and I spent a month buying supplies and preparing it's enclosure. Right now we transferred it to a 10 gal tank so it could find it's food easier. We are trying to feed it dubia roach nymphs, but he only took a nip at one a long time ago. One side of the tank is around 80F during the day while the other side has a water plate and a humidity hide. It shed the first day we got it. I would put 4 roaches in there at a time, they usually end up dead and uneaten after about a week. I'm also using calcium powder to dust the roaches and I have some available for him in a cap in his tank.
He's already been 3 weeks without eating, he's only been drinking. I already spent a lot of money on him and I don't want to lose him.

First of all, the temp is a little too cool. You want it about 80 on the cool side, but closer to 90-95 on the hot side. This might be a quick fix to his appetite.

Ok Thanks, It looks like I'm going to have to buy a new bulb then. Is it alright if I let it cool at night? My parents doesn't like lights on at night. I don't have a room so I have to keep it in the living room and it's pretty chilly at night.

You might want to try heating the floor with an under tank heater. Belly heat is a little better than ambient temp. Where are you getting your temp reading from and what kind of thermometer are you using?

It's one of those 2 in one Humidity and Temperature thermostats. I just place it on the floor in it's tank.

Get the small under tank heater and switch to crickets. I have observed them feeding crickets in their stores at times. If at all possible try to get it on mealworms , just take them and drop them on the floor in front of them to see if its interested in it, if so leave them in a small dish at all times.

This is getting bad, I have one side of the tank around 93F and I've placed 5 tiny mealworms, 5 small dubia roaches, and 5 small crickets with its hind legs pinched off in the feeding dish and it's been a week, the count remains the same. I can see that he is active at night, but he is not eating. He has become skinnier than when I first got him. I went back to Pet Co and asked them what have they been feeding him before I got him and they said meal worms so I tried nothing but mealworms, but he still isn't eating. I might try waxworms soon..

Baby leopard geckos do not stop eating like yours is unless there is a major problem. My advice would be to see a qualified vet and have a fecal test done to check for internal parasites.

I'm finally able to get him to eat. It seemed like he was afraid of everything I gave him for some strange unknown reason. I knew he was starving and wasnt eating to I made an attempt to force feed. I just held him and let him get a lick at a cricket and he now aggressively chases them down. I feel so relieved now. Thanks for the help guys!

Well now just to make sure this is going well. Can someone tell me if he pooped it out or if it was regurgitated...
