Finally had time to set these guys up in the studio. I haven't shot geck's in a long time and back when I did no one cared about the eyes. The seem to have a really uncanny sense of know right when you've just got them in focus and they bolt.

I have noticed and wondered the same thing! I think it's the sound that the lens on the camera makes when it is zooming that startles them... I think it's the "bzzz bbzzzt" sound the camera makes when the lens is moving out and in when zooming... I'll run some preliminary tests and do some research and see if i can't come up with an answer to this... :book2: lol

Wow I just read my first post....so funny. I was kinda drunk when I wrote that and clearly couldn't form a sentence. Re reading it, it kinda seems like Im foreign or something haha, thats what I get for drunk posting.

I acctually just saw one of these photos on Deviantart today. Commented on it asking what camera was used. =D Welcome to the forum.

Umm.. it says that you posted that at 9:59am... You were drunk at 10am in the morning...?!?! Or u STILL were drunk from the night before...?!?! Cuz there is a difference, lol... If you are waking up out of bed and are drunk BY 10am, then thats a problem... lol
