Our first occupants in the S.I.MS! (were still using the superhatch)

CRESTEDS! Two perfect Cresteds! Incubation time was 60 days on the nose.:D

Was specifically asking OG, because the recommended substrate has not been working for me.

Maybe I can help you out a bit... What are some of the issues you are having??? We have tested many substrates and ratios with various species... I can tell you that most people have been using their regular substrate that they have been using...

I think Eric is using superhatch in that container... Others are using perlite, vermiculite, and cocofiber...

I've had good success using a mix of superhatch and perlite. I've had the best results with that combo, so thats what I use in the S.I.M. container.
