Paint?

I am in the process of converting.old boxes into hides for my Leos, I was just wondering if there is any specific paint to use on them or is standard spray paint OK.

I used Krylon paint when I painted my hides because it is non-toxic when dry. Not saying other paints aren't, I just trust Krylon more. I also used the "stone" look and texture because I felt it looked more natural but heck you could use gold if you wanted!

If you need to use a paint and your unsure if its toxic you can seal it with a variety of gecko safe sealents, though i have heard plenty good on Krylon.

Some of the Rustoleum paints work pretty well. Just go to their website, they have plenty that are non-toxic when dry.
