Well, it's a Murphy patternless and an enigma at the same time. Patty enigma to patty will give patty enigmas.

Well, I wondered the same thing, and you didn't really answer the question in my opinion. I wonder how you can tell it is a patternless enigma, because there is no pattern (hence the patternless) and not just a very beautyful patternless albino (or other pure white morph). Are the eyes the only way you can tell it by phenotype? I love how the animal looks though!!!

Greets,

Stevie

If you know enigma eyes and looks, it's easy to tell he's an enigma. His eyes and just strange color are not that of a normal patty which are usually dark yellow. He has a greenish silver sheen to him.

And plus, we trust that kelli has sent us what we want.

Wow nice :main_thumbsup: .And the patternless gene fully dominant over skin.So now it's going to take a lot to convince me that the so called enigma blizzard and albino enigma blizzard i've seen about (full of spots) are what they are said to be.And are more likely enigma and albino enigma HET blizzard i can't see why patternless would over rank on spots but blizzard would not when both gene though differant work roughly the same.

I am going to address this as i feel i need to. sence it was kinda a stab at an animal that i have.

first off Blizzard and Patternless (murphy's patternless) are not the same morph what so ever. the only thing that they have in comon is that they are both a resesive trait. so they may act different when crossed to the Enigma.

the same goes for bell enigmas and tremper enigmas they look totaly different

i have hatched out many tremper enigmas and bell enigmas. the "blazzing blizzard "enigma that i have looks nothing like any of them. and yes the "blazzing Blizzard enigma" that i have was not hatched here or hatched by alberto (A&M geckos) i bought it from some one that should know what it is (they only breed 50,000 ish geckos a year). and i hope it is what it is. it is being proved out right now with bizzard het trempers so it should give me both blazzing blizzard enigmas and blizzard enigmas. with in 45 days (eggs are layed) i will let you all know, for sure that it is what it is.

the other problem that we might be faceing here if it is a problem. is that during the creation of the "blazzing Blizzard enigma" a bell enigma was used. thus creating potentialy triple het ( blizzard, tremper, and bell ) enigmas. now purest would say that is a bad thing because of the mixing of the albinos as for me i just think that it is a draw back of this beautiful morph. it also means that test breeding has to be done to make sure that every thing is what it is. every one should be aware that when buying an enigma "extra" things may be in them. sence most of the enigmas on the market if not all of them came from Mark bell in one way or another by one generation or two. we have to take the good with the bad on this and prove some things out its realy no big deal nore anyones fault it just is what it is. no one knew what this morph was to start with. I mean at first it was though that the red eyed ones were a super form, now we know different. so it is up to us as a gecko community to prove out the geckos that we have and lable them as such. the thing that we must not do is down grade or take pokes at the enigmas as a morph and the people that breed them. at this point many fine breeders are working hard to figure everything out that we can about the enigmas and what all is in them.

in closeing the "the blazzing blizzrad enigma" that i do have will be test breed to figure out what its true genetics are and i will make all findings public to who ever wants to know them. things do take time. :main_thumbsup:

but i would like to say we must keep facts from theory.

im sorry if this looks like i was hyjaking the thread i didnt mean too.

by the way, what a rare gecko guys cant wait to see what you can do with it.

Good info Matt. I am hoping beyond hoping! that I hatch an Enigma Bell Blazing this year. But I would be more than happy with just a plain ole Bell Blazing. :)

I mean at first it was though that the red eyed ones were a super form, now we know different.

It was just a theory that the Red Eyes (aka Bell Enigmas) were the super, but it was proved not to be very soon after I got the original four that Mark sent me. I agree with you that people should chill out on the "putting down" of the Enigmas. There are now a lot of them around, and all we can do is try to improve and learn more, rather than throw stones and spread rumors about Enigmas and those that breed them. :main_thumbsup:

Agrees with matt's comments! *nods head*

And Juan, kelli has a thread on here with a patty enigma hatchling.

And thanks for the nice comments! We appreciate ya'lls support and excitement for our future projects with "Orion". We are very blessed to have him and look forward to producing some more later this year. He just needs to hurry up and grow up now! Lol.
