Depends on what your breeding for but probably the leftmost.
That one does have a few spots while the others dont. It also does not have the best carrot tail. BUT that head/body color is pretty sweet.

Just to see what people said. I have no idea how to pick one a month old. I wanted to see if they were looking for tail color?

Seems they like the brightness or strong color better?

If you're breeding for good carrot tail or completely hypo-ed out geckos, either the middle or the right is your best bet. If you're breeding for intense tangerine color, it's the leftmost, hands down. I'd keep the left one if it were me.
