Nope BOKEH has to do with the falloff of light in the out of focus areas. You can achieve that buy closing down the apperture a bit. These appear to be shot around F8 or so, try F4 or even F2.8 :)

Bokeh is usually associated with wildlife imagery and portrait imagery ;)
