Lol i am too! Shes got over 20 different people/family rooting for her to make it! She's not sold. I cant sell her, not after this much of a headache/heartache. She's staying with me forever! specailly since like Aliza said. She could end up a tiny little gecko, and i dont want the buyer to be upset with me. She's gonna be our little mascot if she does make it! UGH! let the time go by faster so we all can know!>.< she's such a sweet little baby too

NEWS: Seems like she's getting lighter!!! So hoping shes gonna go into shed tonight!!! Ill snap a pic later(so loving the new camera!) and see what ya'll think. <3 She's in her moist hide right now so i didnt wanna bother her for one pic but she does look duller!<3 lol never thought id get excited about a gecko going into shed!XD

Still no movement from her;D still happily in her egg. No these are my first ones. This is my first premi-baby tho>.> Ive had a few others, Ive raised up all my guys too so Im not new to baby care...just premi-baby care. Hopefully this will be the only one or one of the VERY few to hatch early. So stressful. Hopefully she doesnt start going down hill to the point where she'd be better off culled>.< But no these are my first;D Lou-Solo would be that and she hatched out prefect. Still have her since she was my first;D She's now 2 months old and at 25 grams and eating like a champ.

DAMN IT! I jinx it! Kagura's sisters egg deflated!D: She's hatching early too! Unlike her tho shes not coming from under neith but the top so im gonna leave her, hope she pushes herself out and hope for the best with both!D: I dont understand why there hatching a week early? Could it be because there engimas? I dunno if there are but im just trying to grasp WHY there hatching now and not later. Ugh. Kagura and Kaoru... >< Hopefully Kanna(there sister from another clutch) doesnt hatch in 2 weeks(which would be a week early too). Ugh...D: Head ache and heart ache to things i didnt wanna start the new year off with. Pics of Kaoru to come when she hatchs compeltey.

EDIT: im seeing no movement or attempt to get outta the deflated egg...Im hoping she's still alive. I do know definatly that there is a baby in it and it was infertile

Maybe post a new thread about the new baby? So you can get the attention if you're having trouble. I don't have any experience with that. I hope everything will be ok, sorry you're having problems.

How do you know they are a week early? you incubated them at 82 so your looking at around 50-60 days right? that doesnt mean they will take that long or that they could go over. I agree that this one looked like it hatched a little early and it looks to be doing good. I hope the best for your little girls.

gernerally yes but ive read engima's like to take longer to develope and they have a 50% chance of being a engima so i was planning for the later date. She is super small. Previous geckos that ive hatched, she is but 2/3 ish there size, and half there weight...BUT she gots them beat in additude!XD Little prissy baby knows everyone wants her to live and boy does she show it!

Well her sister died, didnt even make it outta the egg. she was a bit bigger but her sack is just as big. I guess she wasnt a fighter like Little Kagura. Big bummer, realllyyyyyy hoping she makes it now! pic for tonight. I dunno maybe its just me that she looks lighter. Pic is with flash.<3 shes so freaking cute! Alot nicer then the other hatchlings! She doesnt hiss at all. She's a sweetie! Her classic look was finally captured!

Aw man, i'm sorry about the clutchmate. The same thing happened to me when I lost one this year...the egg deflated, and never hatched. The other one is pretty cute though...definately looks a bit underdeveloped...does she have eyelids? Have you seen her close her eyes? Maybe they're just really small, I can't tell from the pic. Regardless, congrats. Hope she continues to do well for you.

Lol i thought she didnt too but she does. I've managed to peek in and she has eye lids;D i was worried about that but she looks good. Her only issues are being small and being underwieght. She is so cute! im hoping she will make it>.< Waited 7 weeks to welcome her into the world and then this...Realllyyyy puts a downer on things. Will continue to post progress on her! Hopefully she sheds soon and eats! The key to her survivalllll.

She is! Everyones falling in love with her! Im gonna have to stop showing her to people they might wanna "pocket" her since shes so tiny! haha she could be the first "pocket gecko" XD <3 she's having a blast in the tub. She's in a 6qt and it just seems HUGE for her lol!

She made it threw the night still fiesty, still bright and alert! I tried feeding her just to see if she would eat and she did start to stock the too large mealworm...I took it away from her before she could eat it and got her one the right size and she lost interest:/ Gonna try later tonight and hope she eats!;D I'll snap a few pics later, I'm trying to get a good one to show ya how skinny she is. Also...She's a tremper right? of some sort. Mother is tremper enigma fathers mack snow tremper...She's dark and her eyes are dark. She doesnt have albino eyes... Maybe that'll change with age? That's confusing me, haha. But yeah, made it threw the night again, alive, fiesty, and showing interest in food...I really think she's gonna make it

OF COURSE, this would happen:/ I got a chance to pick her up and looked at her under belly...I never expected it to be like this...

It looks like its healing on its own but you can clearly see that the sack left a hole in her...If infection set in shouldnt she have died already? Should i apply anything? Soak her to get rid of some of vermiculite that looks like its sticking here? Do you think it'll be ok? We'll heres the "happy" pic of her looking just fine. Hasnt eaten but she is trying. She's got terrible aim(again making me think Enigma) and only tries a few times before giving up..

That looks like a normal belly to me! There's supposed to be a slight "mark" on the belly where the yolk sac was attached...I don't see any intestines or fat spilling out from the hole, so i'd say you have a beautiful baby that just recently dropped it's yolk sac.
