I hatched this odd looking baby today from a male striped bell crossed to a female stripe het bell. I thought it was an albino at first glance but then I noticed it has dark eyes. The parents have no funky genetics at all. Anyone else hatched a baby like this?

That is wild!!
I havn't seen anything like it. It almost looks like a snow.
Even the over all structure of the gecko looks different. Cool Leo!

Nope, it's not premature at all. I'll keep you posted, most likely the lavendar areas will turn orange but you never know.

Looks similar to one of the bell hets I hatched from one of my first bell x stripe breedings... mine wasn't as pronounced as that though and it grew up to be VERY pale and had a body color I could only really call tan.

That's truly remarkable, Kelli. Very nice!

Hmm, I'm breeding the same, I'll let you know if I hatch out any like that. Has the clutch mate hatched? He's neat looking anyhow and does look different in structure.

Hey Kelli - Not sure if this is the same thing or not, but I did hatch one different het last year from jungle het Bell pairings...(I think the mother was one I got from you). She always stood out. I sold her, but I kinda wish I'd kept her. She looked very much like a snow of some sort...but the male and females I was using were likely "pre-mack" era ;)
