Yes the eyes of a SS turn red when crossed with an albino. Albinos lack the ability to produce black pigment so it would be more amazing if they stayed black. An all white gecko with red eyes can look like a lot of different morphs. That can be a BB or a Super Nova...which is why I stopped producing Super Novas. There is nothign distinguishing about them that makes them worth more than a SST (besides genetics).

"use sand, reptile carpet and wood chips". They forgot walnut shells, crushed glass, sand paper and razor blades. Also, that eye picture is disgusting.

Seriously? This is what they recommend for keeping leo's? I looked over their website and it turned me off so bad that I actually almost called them to ask them if they have updated it within the last 20 years. I wouldn't buy a single thing from them, just based on the home page about care for leo's. That site is one of the worst all around gecko sites I've run across. Maybe it's just me, I am pretty anal when it comes to care for geckos. People never cease to amaze.

Ya I have always been haunted by that banner they need a healthy eye for the pic lolAnd I agree with Chris on the substrate ( its so sad when people don't know how to care for Leo's and they don't care either :( ) ( I saw something in a store just like that yesterday)

No, they need to not be in business at all. I also attempted contacting them. That is a horrible example to set for themselves and their company. It obviously shows that they neglect to provide proper vet care to their animals and i would say they should be reported and checked for abuse and neglect.

It's sad that they have to go from that warehouse to Jack's warehouse to Jack's Pets stores. Constant abuse and neglect.

did ya'll see this part at the bottom of the "About Us" section.....

If you are looking for a less expensive but high quality reptile, we also offer imperfect animals at a great price. Imperfect animals have various minor issues that do not meet our minimum quality standards. These animals are healthy, eating, and make excellent pets, but due to their various issues we are offering them at discounted prices. Issues include broken tails, kinked tails, deformities, missing feet, damaged shells, scratched noses, etc.

MISSING FEET?!?!

They say that like its just a normal thing that everyone does. "oh yeah we keep the rejects, dying, deformed, and sick for people who want a cheaper animal"

What person in their right mind would not see that as a huge red flag! How are these people in business!?!?
