I love riddles! Let's have a thread just for riddles! I kinda stink at them, but they're still SO great! Exercise your mind with this one:

Old Mother Twitchet had one eye,
And a long tail that she let fly,
And every time she went through a gap,
She left a bit of her tail in the trap.​

I got this one from a book! Who can figure it out?
