Alright I wanted to update the progress of a little RRS Female I picked up from Jeremy Letkey in Daytona, I have gotten good feedback on this girl in the past, and I still love how she seems to be getting better and better. Also, I am trying a new photo setup, same ol camera, but new photo setup and I would like opinions on how they look and any suggestions on making them better. Thank You

Pics look very nice. Have you considered a paper floor or plastic lid to take the pics on though?

This light Tent came with white and black backgrounds, each one has a shiny side and a non shiny side, I went with the non shiney side, maybe I shouldn't have done that?

very nice pics. the lighting looks great as does the RRS from jeremy. you picked up an excellent one.. i think a white floor and background along with a good setup and lighting allows for the best results

The pics look GREAT! The only thing is that your camera resolution is so good it shows the weave in the fabric, lol! What kind of light tent did you get?

The non shiny side is like material? Wouldn't hurt to try the shiny side and see how it turns out, since you bought both ;]. Nice leo!

It is called "Image Maker Light Tent Kit", I am getting this from Paul Allen, he got it from Wolf Camera I believe. He purchased it when he got his brand new fancy dancy camera and doesn't need this tent because his camera takes such good pictures by itself, haha. So I will use it. :p

Yes Matthew, the non shiney side is material like, the shiney side is really smooth.

Love the gecko! The only thing I can say (being such an expert on photography...cough cough) is can you try a darker surface? Or is that not an option with the tent set-up?

I really like the first picture... it looks like the gecko is sleeping on a cloud!!

haha! :) I'm a photographer myself, and my "Gecko Studio" doesn't consist of anything other than average everyday materials... you'd be surprised what might work for you if you look around. :)

hope that helps...

oh, and I LOVE THAT GECKO! she is beautiful!!! :)

There is a black background which came with it that I can use, I will try the shiney white side and also the black background tomorrow and see how those turn out. Thanks for all the help guys keep it comin!!

P.S. I have no idea where that second straight post came from, I edited the first one to answer Matthew and it posted a whole new post. hmm

Shaun, get a piece of poster bourd for the floor if the shiny side doesn't solve the weaved surface problem you're having.

Nice images and she's still looking sweet.

Love the RRS.

This is going to sound strange but..........I think the pics are too good. They're hurting my eyes if you can understand what I mean. Like its too vibrant or something. The 2nd one more so then the first, the first one is fine. **See I knew it would sound stupid if I typed it out.
