he doesn't use ricotta or cottage cheese (his tummy isn't tolerant of them) he uses all real cheeses, it's a sin to eat his lasagna!

normally it would also have Prosciutto and italian sausage in it BUT my lack of gal doesnt tolerate italian sausage and i dont like Prosciutto, now let me tell you he has just about every kind of cheese LOL his sauce, the noodles and meatballs. Fe, he grew up around those jersey and NY italians. he may be dutch but he KNOWS italian. i don't care either way all i know is that this lasagna was awesome!
