well whoever i get it doesn't matter cause whatever is on the wish list is what they are going to get, well as long as it's not a gecko for i'm not breeding yet but i'm pretty much game for getting whatever and getting whatever. Heck a GF calendar would be a pretty cool gift IMO

Ok well I am debating whether I should send out My last two geckos or a Gift certificate. I mean the geckos are ok, but wondering what people would want more. I just wish I saved one of my Jungles to give to someone. Anyways here are both of the ones I am thinking of sending out. 1st is a female tremper het BB 23G and 2nd is a Male Baldy 10G.

I think the gift certificate idea is great, but we will just be sending out one of our last geckos because we don't have enough geckos to be able to give out a gift certificate. Granted, we will have more geckos hatching in a few months, but nothing major will be going on until about 6 months from now.

If the person we get doesn't want a gecko, or the type of gecko that we have in mind to give, then that's okay too. I know some people were requesting to get paired up with others depending on what they have to give.. Maybe you can get paired up with someone who would really like those geckos.. ? Also, you don't have to feel obligated to send two just because they aren't higher end morphs.. I know of a lot of people that would just be glad to get a gecko period :main_yes:

I have seen a few things that I thought would make great gifts but they depend on if I get a male or female......now the silver gecko earings I saw might work for either. Atleast they weren't all dangly,lol!!! I can't wait to see who I get.

Emily...... Tell your parents that any person joining in can ship to their work address, held at the Hub for pickup, or even ship to a mailboxes etc/ fedex store/ ups store ... if your address being known is the problem.

OMG y didn't I think of that? LOL thats for the idea I'll run it by mom! We have a UPS store by us....idk if its a hub or not how can u tell?

I talked to traffic(whom I've met in person and bought all my geckos from) and he has done it before and that convinced mom and dad that this is legit and that its safe for me to do it! WOOOO I'm exited can't wait. Is 100-150 mealies and some other odds and ends a good gift? and is there any deadline on when we have to SEND the package out?


can someone PM me and tell me how to ship mealies :main_laugh: I've never done it b4 LOL.

Just make sure that your persons gecko will eat mealies cause mine wont, LOL :main_laugh:

One thing I was thinking about (even though sadly I'm not involved in this this year...) is the people that are going to give a gecko as a gift. If people are not getting their person until the 13th (or whatever it is) that leaves 2 weeks until Christmas...a VERY DANGEROUS time to ship.

I'm wondering if people are going to wait until it's warmer, and the mail is less chaotic? I have heard horror stories of people shipping geckos close to Christmas, never ending well.

If this is the case, I'll join in...I'll be producing some worthy geckos this year...I just don't have any now!
