If we do decide to send a gecko, how do we do it without ruining the surprise? I mean, the person will have know to be home to expect a delivery. I guess there's just no way around that, huh?

I would assume sending like an "IOU" would be the way to go, telling that person to contact you for when they want it shipped, etc.

I'm so confused, I thought we were finding out who we had to buy for on the 13th? So I couldn't technically buy something on Nov 28th pertaining to the person's list before I received it (on Dec. 13th)

Or am I lost somewhere?

No your right the other person is confused, I think they are planning on buying something not on the list

Just a suggestion... last year I made Golden Gate Geckos gift certificates. I gave one to my Secret Santa recipient and had a few people buy them from me to give to theirs. That way, people could pick out their own geckos and arrange shipping directly with me. Maybe some of you could do something similar?

I think that is a great idea because I will not be able to have a setup for a new gecko until after the New Year (yes I know that it will be too cold to ship then but I am willing to wait! FINGERS CROSSED!!!!)

Awesome! Just had 3 more people sign up! This should be a great year for this! I would like to have some more larger breeders also if you all want to sign up. I know some people can't afford to buy a nice gecko and the larger breeders were the ones that supplied geckos last year. I think I have 4 as of now. A few more would be awesome so we can get people a gecko who otherwise wouldn't be able to afford one. Thanks!
