Okay, i bought luella and the guy I bought her from said she was 2 months old, VS female and she is 34 grams (I weighed her)
She has very small bulges, and V shaped scales with almost invisible dots in the center of the scales, doesn't that mean shes boy?
I did the light underneath and did not see any veins, I magnified it and saw the dots, I shined a light on it, NO GLOW!
I'm so confusedddddddd

Now on to keekeio, I got her and she was in with her brother who was an OBVIOUS male, large pores, and bulges and there was no mistaking it, and he was the same size as Keekeio, but I'm looking at keekeio and she has the v shaped scales with the dots in the center and itty bitty teensy weensy bulges
Is she a he she?! Oh and she is 36.8 grams and 8-9months old

Now on to Zynx the most difficult of them all, she is 22 grams, 8-9 months old and has the V shaped scales but I can't see dots, but when I shined the light underneath her tail I saw three veins!!! WHAT IS THIS NONSENSE!!

I"M SO CONFUSEDDDDDD!!!!!

That what I was thinkin'! That's a big baby!!

Pictures would definitely help. For the ones that are 8-9 months old, if they are male, by that age, it should be OBVIOUS like the brother of the one baby you got. ;) I have quite a few females that have 'visable pores', but they do not have any secretion. Looking very closely, they're just small indentations in the scales. I'd wager about 1/2 my girls have 'pores'.

34g at 2 months does seem a little unusual! LOL Maybe they were a little off with the age. Females can look really bulgy at times but once they're 30g males are pretty obvious.
Hopefully these pictures might help...
