Chad- Thanks. Ya it was pretty tender. After 21 hours (3 sessions) I don't think it could have been any more tender haha. But definitely well worth it. I would recommend a rib piece to anyone who is looking for a mural style/size piece. The back is also very nice but I think the ribs gives it more character IMO
