This is my male leo's cage. I do not have a humid hide for him. He gets extremely agitated whenever there is anything moist in his tank & tries to get out. Yes, he is on sand. I have tried numerous types of bedding for him but he prefers sand. He like to wiggle in it & get comfortable when he sleeps. He also likes to adjust the depth & amount of space he has in his two hides. He'll either dig the sand out or kick some in. I have had him on sand for 4 years & he is a greater eater, never had problems with impaction.

This is my bf's gecko. He has been housed on paper towels only. He is recovering from caps being on his eyes, due to a shedding problem. We believe he might be partially blind. He eats crickets (jumping legs removed) that we put in a shallow plastic dish. He is able to hear them crawling around & catches them this way. He ate like this while the caps were over his eyes & he has gained lots of weight. I am looking forward to seeing how well he recovers. I would like to get a bigger tank for him, but I think it'll be best to wait.

His humid hide is an empty butter container. I cut a hole in it & melted the sharp sides. i have paper towel in it right now. I had Fluker's Terrarium Moss in it but it attracted the gnats from the crickets. Any ideas what type of moss I could use instead?

Here's my set up for my female leo. 20L

The last one I went to feed her and I couldn't find her in her cave... somehow, she managed to climb from her tree to her background thing. I had to take a pic. And by the time I got my camera, she was coming down...

125g Leo tank!

Tomorrow it will be housing 5 Leopards! Just getting the house warmed up for them. The UTH didn't heat the floor past 78 so I put the two 150 watt bulbs on top and they make the floor 96 degrees on the hot side! The other "long" bulbs are for UVB!
