Snowglow is a combination of Snow+SHTCTB+Albino. It doesn't "have" to be tremper, there are Bell Snowglows and Rainwater Snowglows as well, but tremper is the most common, so you are in fact, correct.
Those are nice sunglows though. I have only seen a couple snowglows but they were poorly kept and didn't represent a quality gecko. Just curious to see what I high quality one may look like.
