anything i say in praise of these animals would be an understatement!

however i feel it is unethical to harness the power of cosmic rays to permanantly alter the DNA of your geckos. sort of an unfair advantage if you ask me...

"In fiction, cosmic rays have been used as a catchall, mostly in comics (notably the Marvel Comics group the Fantastic Four), as a source for mutation and therefore the powers gained by being bombarded with them." from the Wikipedia definition of Cosmic Rays

p.s. are they just crazy hypo and super hypo mack snows that have resulted in a form of retinal albinism?

Diablo blancos will boost the popularity of RAPTORs once they hit the market. Breed a DB to a RAPTOR and get more raptors... Breed a DB to a blazing and get more blazings. Breed a DB to an albino and get some amazing CH CT tangerine randomly patterned albinos. Breed a DB to a normal and you will get some nice randomly patterned tangerines. So DBs are like a key to producing other morphs, no matter what you breed it to you will get something cool.
No, I dont think the reign of the Raptor is over yet :)

Mack snows I do believe will take a large drop in price, but was coming soon anyways. Theres only so much you can do with one gene. Once youve combined it with just about everything out there and stop getting suprises the prices will drop. They are still cool though :D I just got a SS myself.

Enigmas are very intresting though... They will be big.

No, but what they are is still not understood... thus they are enigmas

Thanks guys. The Red Eyed Enigma eyes are weird. The best way I can describe it is like a Bell albino eye with a red tinted contact lens in it. They are not solid red like a Raptor, but are much redder than a regular Bell eye. They are amazing is what they are.

I dont think that kelli could have crossed electrics into a red eye enigma yet, its been less than a year, so one gen of red X red or red X normal eye.

It's totally possible... She has Electric Tangerines het Bell and considering Enigmas are dominant... Breed a red eyed Enigma to an Electric Tangerine het Bell and there ya go. Electric Tangerines were one of the morphs she talked about being cool with red eyes several months back so I'd say for sure that she's done this cross by now.

But dont you have to breed a red eye X red eye to get red eye? or normal eye het X normal eye het to get them? You cant get red eye from a red eye X electric tang.

-You are so right! This is something very, very unusual and fantastic! They are just knocking out everything else!

That's what I use to believe, but after I read Albey's Enigma thread and Kim told him he'd need a male Bell to pair with his female Enigma to make red eyed ones I assume Enigma het Bell x Bell produces red eyed Enigmas. Therefore, red eyed Enigmas are in fact Enigma Bells.

That would be cool. Kelli how does this gene work w/ the Bells?

Im confused now. Again!

If that Electric-looking Enigma Tang is a Bell Albino, why the black spots?

I could totally see the second one being a Enigma Mack, I hope Im right, that is just too cool!

Can you write more about genetics this morph? And who is first "producer" of Enigma? When you plan finish this project and make offer to other people :)

The Enigma appears to be a dominant trait. The red eyed Enigmas are indeed the Bell albino version. It is possible to produce a Tremper version as well.

The reason why the red eyed one has black spots is because for some reason when the albino trait is expressed in the Enigmas, it isn't ALL the way expressed. Thus, you can have an albino with black on it. Pretty cool.

Ok. So you've inevitably have seen my Black Spot Bell posts so riddle me this... Their mother is from Mark, do you think maybe they're the co-dom form of Enigmas? The eyes on them aren't normal either. They look like a cross between the eyes of the regular Enigmas and Bells. I've been trying to get a good pick of them, but I can't seem to do it.

No...
I think how it works, correct me if I'm wrong, If you bred a bell albino to an Enigma the babies phenotypically would resemble......(I hate to use the word with these) normal Enigmas het bell. Then the double hets bred together produce the red eyed Enigmas.
