I am actually quite selective about who I sell my nicer carrottail eclipses to and only a handful have been privately released. I strive to produce the highest quality geckos possible and I only want to sell them to select individuals who appreciate the eclipse project- not mass produce them! I still have a handful of virgin females from the last two seasons but without the "perfect matching" male for them (at least in my mind), I would rather hold them back then produce large numbers of inferior eclipse offspring.
