Oh jeez, I have read about this before! I don't remember where though or I would post a link. I am going to keep looking, but someone else ran into these "new bloods" at a show recently and asked the breeder a thing or two about them before just buying.

I guess the breeder was very vauge and wouldn't give him a straight answer as to what the parents were or even as to why he called it a "new blood" line of gecko. Eventually he got the breeder to -admit something- and got an "i don't know" for the answer(not sure what the question was >_<) but he was wise and just walked away.

I wish I could find it, but that upsets me that someone is doing something stupid out there and saying they made something new when it probably isn't. They probably ARE just bells and double hets or something. Probably going to have other's even breeding them and "muddying the waters" like everyone says. It's very frustrating to see this. (goes back to searching for actual story on this)

Actually, that guy is here in Canada. He pimps these new blood albinos all over the place. I got a chance to talk to him at one of the past reptile shows. He also sells 2-3 day old geckos and passes them off as 2-3 week old geckos. When I talked to him about the new blood albinos he told be they were a new cross. I said how did you do it. He finally told me that he had crossed Tremper and Rainwater and then bred the babies back. He feels that he has a combo morph now.
I explained that cannot happen and asked what albino is the final product he finally admitted that he did not know and perhaps if I were to breed it I could tell him.....I said not interested.
Thats the basic story behind this fool and New Blood Albino. I have no idea how he gets away with it either.
