Speckled Snow Project

I am currently in the process of a new breeding project. I have high speckled super snows and mack snows. All are het for blizzard. I would like to see if the speckles can be passed down independently. Here are my males and females I would like to start with next breeding season. (That is if they are 50 plus grams).

The first two are brothers, a super snow and a mack snow het blizzard.
The second is a mack snow from jmg reptile and the last one is a reverse stripe super snow possible het for raptor.

Thoughts and comments welcomed.

That should be an interesting project, it might help answer if high-speckling is due to being blizzard/patternless hets or if it can be linebred for.
I know you don't have any patternless mentioned in there, but I've seen it mentioned elsewhere, the high speckling.

I like the first and third geckos, in particular; but those are all VERY nice snows.

Thank you for the comments. I am aware of the speckling tied to certain morphs. Blizzards in particular. I am hoping that with line breeding i can find out what exactly is going on. How cool would it be to have a speckled gene?

I am breeding the Super Snow het blizzard (first picture) with the high speckled Mack snow (third picture).

The reverse stripe super snow is a part of is apart of my other project. All the females are still in quarantine so i got confused with the pairings.

The mack snow het blizzard (2nd picture) is going to breed with a co dom snow blizzard het tremper.

The super snow reverse stripe pos het raptor (fourth picture) is going to be bred to my patternless snow tremper albino.

I will try to update as much as possible on this thread. Wish me luck.

They look great. I'm hoping for some good outcomes as well next season when I'm breeding my snow blizzard to my hypo Mack snow and my (possibly) snow speckled gecko het Tremper to my Tremper albino. Hoping for some speckled super snows as well.

I think that would be a pretty neat project, I like the geckos with some pattern or spots vs patternless, though some patternless are pretty.
