Superworms?

How do you keep Superworms? I'm not looking to grow my own I just dont know how to store them, what to use as bedding, how long they last... thanks.

I've got mine in their original "packaging" with some bits of veggies right now 'cuz I'm lazy. :tongue3:

I keep mine in old fashioned oats with carrots as a water source.

I keep mine in large sterilite containers about the size of a litter pan for cats and have about 2-3" of chicken food for bedding/food and use my own water gel.

I have mine in a large faunarium with about 1" of progecko gutload and I put in vegetable parings for moisture. I get them 1000 at a time and am still using the supply I got at the end of Nov.

I have mine in a plastic container with about 3 in of oats. I feed them Carrots for their water source. Works great for me but I only keep like 50-100 at a time.

I keep mine in a small 3 drawer slider thing from target. The same thing i use for my mealworm colony. Just sort by size and slide the drawer to get what I want. They are on 1" of oats and get fresh veggies every other day.

yeah...i just leave mine in the container i buy them. lol
