1 lb gr 454 spaghetti
2 garlic cloves(or less if your not a lover of garlic)
¾ cup (¼ pt) extra vergin olive oil(i just estimate. cooking is about feeling, not an exact science)
1 - 2 dried hot red chili or flakes more of less depending on taste.
½ cup fresh chopped parsley (you can leave it out if ya don't like it)
2 tbsp Maldon sea salt
Grate some Parmesan cheese over it and serve. Quick, easy and tasty. Ive also made it with meatballs or italian sausage with a splash of red wine. :main_thumbsup:
