The tail that loved the egg too much...

well there must have been something very scary in that egg with him he got so scard he droped his tail lol beautiful any way and at leat the do grow back and it is not a stump like creasted geckos

The tails do wiggle quite a bit when they drop.. We had a tail dropping incident once, and the tail was jumping around and wiggling so hard/fast that it woke up my fiance! It's a plus side to their defense mechanism - not only does the tail drop to look like something else so the gecko can get away, it wiggles and jumps around too!!

I am so very sorry that it happened, but it should grow back rather well since it happened at the youngest age possible!! Very beautiful geckos, they are stunning :smitten:
