Too much time in moist hide?

My female has been spending almost all her time in her moist hide and is cool to the touch as a result.. the tank temps are not too high or anything.. Should I just take it out for a while she recently shed. I just don't want her getting sick with the lower body temp.
Thank you

Some of them just love those moist hides. You could either let her be --she probably knows what feels best to her-- or move the moist hide to the warm side if you're really worried.

Hi Tiffany, I have a couple of questions:
1. What is your UTH temp, and how are you measuring it?
2. What substrate are you using?

The uth is under part of her warm hide and its right around 88 depending on how warm my room gets and I use paper towels for everything.
Oh and a temp gun to measure
It was a new hide and she was in it for like two days now she is back to a normal routine so I feel better.

Sometime we play dota whole day, sometime we play basketball in the evening...perhaps your leo gecko likes to stay at house sleeping? haha

If your temps are ideal and you have hides on both the warm and cool side, then there is no reason to worry. When they need heat they will make their way over there. As long as your gecko is eating and pooping normal no need to worry
