It looks similar to most available pages, if you ask me.

I wouldn't have put it together, but I do see a large similarity. Think permission should have been asked though now that the similarity is there.

Maurice, it's not just the bar but the lables, he has the labels for each gecko exactly the same.

Thanks for the support Maurice. Those who I've worked for know how hard I work to create a unique look for each of their websites. Seeing things like this make we wonder if I should be flattered, or just out right pissed. lol.

Nice job on putting together the site in general, Chris, it's a good first try at HTML coding.

just some food for thought here - not meant to be offensive or anything, just a statement - If you look at the websites I've designed, none of my websites have the exact same layout/design(this going for available pages in this case, too)... that is because I design each website custom from the ground up for each client. It is a challenge each and every time I work with someone in the reptile industry to make an available page that is fitting for them and not just a reproduction of something that has already been done. I enjoy what I do... and take great pride in my work.

I apologize if I have offended anyone with my statements here, I am truly just trying to educate.

I had talked to Kelih the other day she said my available page was fine she would just appreciate it if I changed the wording under the picture a little. Which I did, other than that she had no problem with it.

Not meaning to be offensive Britt but to me all of your sites have a similarity. I am in no way trying to copy your sites or your code. I have spent hours working on it and my family can varify it.Maurice what do you mean by the links on the bottom?

Saying the availability page is the same is a bit funny...

Both sites need to show the same exact info about the same species and the same morphs...

I mean how different can that be really? It's text on a page. Text is text. The graphics are different - but the text is the same. I've designed a few sites myself - and unless the HTML is exactly copied (which it wasn't) - you have no copyright issues - or any other to be worried about. Our site will be up soon - our availability page will LOOK different - however it'll be showing the same basic information (weight, ID#, age, etc)... So I don't understand what the issue is.

Everyone's availability page looks very similar and nobody should care!

It's good you asked Kelli, but in a way it's something that one would typically ask whoever created the website.

Can I ask why all of your pages have "HTML" in the URL?

I think there is a good bit of variation in Brittany's sites.

I tihnk it's a good start for someone so young.

The reason there is HTML in each of the URL is because it is in the HTML file on my server. I asked Kelli because because it is her website. Yes Brittney made it but it is still Kelli's site.

I think the site looks good, but there is just too much similarity to the HISS site for it to be a coincidence. Even though Kelli owns the website, the content and design are copyrighted by the designer. Even Kelli would have to get permission to duplicate the website's content from the person who wrote the codes and designed the site.
