Some of these turned out pretty nice this year. Here's our holdback male, he's closing in on 50 grams now. I think another year of this cross should produce some pretty awesome stuff.

NICE! I'd like to see just a touch more CT on the Sunglow Enigmas... they are such stunning animals.

Jason, that a holdback by anyone's standards! Great job on that one and good luck with him next season.

You and me both! It might take a few seasons, both we'll see it eventually. Unfortunately, I didn't keep back any females. I wish I had so I could cross them with my male Tangerine holdback to see if the carrot-tail would carry over.

Jason I like it with out the ct personally! Everyone and there dog has ct on trempers, I think the contrast on a highly colored Enigma Sunglow with a white tail, is absolutely breathtaking! Great job as usual!

Bummer, Jason! That would have been an interesting project. Well... I'm sure you could pick up some nice Sunglow females with CT and get around to it somehow. ;)

I admit, it does look cool but just think how much orange you could get down that tail without all the black spots to break it up...
