Nice looking leo!

I don't really see anything amazingly different in the link that you submitted Ryan. They have lost what I see as the original W&Y characteristics. I am surprised JMG hasn't started calling them White & Oranges now instead of W&Y.

I feel that the stock that has been imported to the United States isn't the best examples of the W&Y to be acquiring. The genetics here in the US is just too washed out. The morph obviously hasn't been worked with in the right way to enhance the individual characteristics that make the W&Y unique. It should have been singled out in the very beginning but now is so watered down. The hatchlings I have seen lately haven't even compared to the ones from the past.

Thanks for the comments. I guess White & Yellow as a morph name doesn't fit with all the combinations being made. But we won't change that. As far as why the animal posted above is actual White & Yellow... I would say the gene works in a subtle way in this case, slightly enhancing (it's such a popular word nowadays, lol) colors, makes the eges of bands more vibrant. Also, the pattern on the head is not typical tremper sunglow head pattern. If you look closely on the side of the animal you can notice two shades of color, kind of white sides.

Maybe this animal makes a better example of what White & Yellow can do with the pattern and color...
