Two Good Eggs!

Got one egg from my female a few weeks ago, and she laid it in sphagnum that was too wet. I didn't find it soon after laying, either, and it was all stinky and soggy.

I made her a different laybox with peat, and checked on her yesterday morning. She had laid her two eggs. I found them in the peat, looking nice and plump and lacking any aroma! Yea, we have a shot at some babies! They're in the incubator now, at around 84.

Congrats to my hard-working little momma, and congrats to all your hard-working little mommas making eggs for you all!

I love spring!
