I wouldn't worry about it, I don't post there much but I have lurked around enough to see that most of the people that post in the BOI are complete IDIOTS! They feed off of that crap, it's like fresh drama for them.

Still havent received my package though (that was supposedly shipped out priority 2-3 day on the 12th). If i dont have it by monday, ill be contacting paypal and then probably my CC company since i have little faith in paypal.

I said "most" not all, because I don't post there a lot I do lurk and from what I've seen everyone tears eachother a new one in that forum, and it seems very unsupervised. All though I do see that the BOI as a good place for people like me the consumer. I see you post there and sorry if I offended you lol

So MGR never sent the package or refunded the money? And his response to the customer telling him he is still waiting on the package is the quote above? It is illegal to take money in exchange for goods and not supply the goods or give a refund. I would think that PayPal would revoke his paypal priviledges. I had a problem once on Ebay in the past with someone not sending something I purchased. Not only did paypal refund the money, but the person lost their paypal and ebay priviledges in the process. Turns out it wasn't the first complaint against them.

If the paypal representative isn't helpful, I would direct him to Fauna and/or this forum where they can read page upon page about the type of business MGR seems to be running.

I would also think the Paypal representative and the BBB would find that quote and the your screwed numbnutts quote very interesting from this pitiful and sorry business person who claims to be so honest.

Learn to spell moron. I am willing to bet that not only am I better educated than you are, but that my multiple 6 figure income shows just how dumb I am. Nothing in my post had anything to do with a delivery confirmation, I have never seen a delivery confirmation number or anything confirming that it was delivered.

you forgot to mention that by placing the order YOU agreed to ship it within 1-7 days like your TOS state. therfore, you voided your own TOS which makes them worthless at this point.

anyone can be sent an electronic confirmation number. that does not mean the package has sent. USPS site will even tell you this.

like it matters anyways, because i will be getting a refund either through paypal or through my CC company. if you have the balls, then sue me, or did the dog that hurt your eye bite those off too?

by posting all of this, you are just going to make my refund that much sweeter

and im glad you know what delivery confirmation means. to bad USPS site still only shows "Electronic Shipping Info Received".

Let USPS explain that to you:

"The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on March 13, 2007 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later. "

When I use ebay/paypal and usps it works the same way as you I'm sure. I can pay for my labels and let people know the receipt number. I then have to ship which can be done whenever you want. Giving someone a label or receipt number doesn't mean you actually shipped anything. Also, the usps tracking is pointless and never works. It's also delayed when showing delivery, as some of my buyers have received their items and it wasnt shown as delivered until a few days after.

I'll be generous and say you've done one half, creating a shipment/receipt...the other half is completed when you ship the items and they're received. Stop flaunting a "Delivery Confirmation Number" when all you have shown is a receipt for your label. The only real proof of shipment Justin can get is when he actually receives his items, since usps's tracking is pointless.
