No one should be treated this way. I am upset that a small business deals with customers this way. I expect to be treated like crap at wal-mart, well maybe not expect but I'm not shocked when it happens. I WAS going to purchase a thermostat and some flexwatt from MGR but after reading this post I will be looking elsewhere.

I hope this matter resolves in a way that is best for you.:main_thumbsup:

You may want to go ahead and just lock it anyways. I agree it probably wont go anywhere productive from here, and i think it has served its purpose to let everyone know what kind of business Matt runs.

well, the package finally showed up today in a beaten up USPS box (9 days for a 2-3 day priority package!!). paypal is supposed to re-open the claim to me today, and ill let them know i want a full refund and will be sending the package back since matt broke his own TOS and even shipped the package after i told him to cancel my order. if they dont feel like crediting my account, my CC company will have no problem doing so.

ill post what the outcome is, when everything has been taken care of.

only date on it was from the night the electronic shipping label was printed. unfortunately, there is no wat to tell what day it was actually shipped, but i know it doesnt take 9 days for a usps 2-3 day priority package.

Why can't you be a man, own up to your mistakes and make the needed changes? Instead, you keep antagonizing people with your comments and threats. Seems to me, you should be doing everything you can to make things right with people in order to save the future of your business. See, I DO take care of my customers when there is a problem (and yes, sometimes problems happen). I am just finding it hard to believe that this is Matt (not saying it isn't) but I have dealt with him 3 times, and found him to be very personable, very easy to deal with, then all of the sudden I start hearing these reports of how he is treating customers (the people who made his business successful) and now I see how he is acting on here, and don't know what to think. I don't know how anyone can be so careless with their relationship to so many customers, and feel no remorse. :main_no:

I just wanted to let ya'll know i was planning to buy a thermostat from mgreptiles but after reading this and after reading matt's rude, immature comments I will be sure NOT to order from them... It is SHOCKING to see somebody so rude! If you messed up then you should be apologizing and trying to fix the situation.. IMO you just made yourself look terrible... anyways ( matt ) your comments on here alone are enough for me not to purchase from you.
