Wanna see my gecko room?

Almost done decorating the gecko's tanks; the girls share the study with me and the boys in another room (larger than my bedroom)!

I pulled down 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom to make this elongated space, its about 2m x 5.5m. The doorway on the right leads to the living area; and the entrance to my bedroom is on the left side near the window. Here is the front end with 6 tanks:

(Bubu, Gel, Marly, SiuFu and Hardee lives here)

I'm standing outside my bedroom to take this pic; so I get to see them first thing in the morning and last thing at night!

The back end with 3 tanks plus working area (sink, roach bins and a small fridge). Lemzip lives in the tank with fake leaves in front; he is always shy and so I put the leaves there so he doesn't have to see my face all the time, lol.

The best part is, I still have 3 spare spaces for future addition~

I still need to add some fake plants into the boy's tanks and I am not too happy with some of the backgrounds; maybe I'll replace them soon (my husband will not be happy about this...but who cares about him )...

The outside temperature only fluctuates a few degrees between day and night in Hong Kong; so with a thermostat, its not too hard to keep the floor temp stable at around 92F. I have a small heater in their room for the very cold winter days to keep the indoor temp above 70.

Exactly! LOL. I told my husband he rank no. 10 in my heart (I have 9 geckos); he is happy that he is still above the roaches and mealworms! :main_laugh:
