another set i wanted to add....

this hurt soo bad. it was my first fall where the person doing the throw adds a kick to make the throw more powerfull. it pretty much folded me in half.

We had a news story the other day about self defense moves for women. The only move they suggested was basically a reverse guillotine where your attacker bends down in front of you and you grab his head. I tried it on Keith wondering how on earth it would be "a very effective" move on a grown man. He stood up/picked me up and ran around the house with me threatening to smash me into things. I guess it was a great move for the 6'0" tall news lady but I think I'll go with biting, scratching, and eye gouging instead. LOL

LMAO!!! thats sooo true!!! go for the wind pipe too!! bewteen the windpipe and eyes, you just cant go wrong. try that reverse guillotine thing again but instead of trying to choke him out get your thumb on one side of his wind pipe and the other four fingers on the other side and just start pulling. if you do it right(its really heard to explain over the internet) he will be choking for the next 3 hours. lmao!!!!

hahahaha, no problem ryan. sometimes people get hurt during practice. we will just say it was that!

there were like 4 people that were killed practicing those throws that i said were made to kill back in 95 i think. thats why me and eric were the first to learn those under my sensei. and why it took forever to figure out how to land from them.

i would assume that it would be difficult to practice something that can kill someone with out killing someone. How do you learn to heal yourself? I read that there are techniques that you have to help heal yourself.

Are you guys like Wolverine or something like that? Super human healing abilities?

honestly ryan, my sensei is like a doctor him self. the samuri spent thousands of years figuring out how the sheer michanics <<< er spelling) of the human body workes. every muscle, every bone, every joint, every nerve and every ounce of blood. they knew it. my sensei can relocate any dislocated joint, and reset any broken bone. i can do minor onse like a disolacted shoulder, thats the easiest. i also broke my own finger (dumb mistake) and reset it my self. the samuri would gather up dead bodies after a massive battle and just spend time figure out how bones would break and how they can be reset. nerve and muscle damage can be cured by masages. pain and damage that can take up to 2 months to heal we get rid of in less than a week.

one student came into the school and had such bad back problems and hunched over adn could bearly walk now moves so flewently because of my sensei just working on his back over the past couple years. another student's neck vertebre << spelling) was almost sepperated during some rendori (grappeling). he came over the student was crying cause he couldnt move his head and it hurt so bad. sensei put his hands on his head and all you heard was 4 LOUD clicks and it was instaintly over. his pain imedietly went away and he could move just fine.

so it just really comes down to putting the body back togeather after it is taken apart. unfortionatly as i said some of the throws arent even practiced. the way my sensei learned was by going with a fellow student to a gym that had a huge foam pit and they practiced them that way. its because of these throws that we arent aloud in any MMA compatition
