A generator is on my list of things to buy before the zombie apocalypse hits. But in the mean time, I use heat pads. We don't have regular black outs up where I live now, but when I lived in Virginia our power went out every time there was a thunderstorm. Granted it was only for a few hours and it was hot as hell in the summer, but I have considered this scenario if it happened here. And like I said, hand warmers are the only thing that I could afford...other than rubbing my geckos together. That made me laugh so hard, HJ. XD

haha yeah, i should probably go out lookin for some heat packs, just to be safe, thanks for all the suggestions!
